活动概述Summary

会展业是经济发展的晴雨表和风向标。其牵涉人流、物流、资金流、技术流和信息流，可有效拉动餐饮、住宿、交通、零售、旅游等关联产业，是现代服务业的重要组成部分。据统计，全球会展产业每年直接经济效益超过3000亿美元，为世界经济带来的增长总额超过3万亿美元，约占全球GDP总和的4%。
Exhibition industry is the barometer and indicator of economic. It involves human flow, material flow, capital flow, technology flow and information flow and can effectively promote the development of correlative industries such as catering, accommodation, transportation, retail and tourism, etc which make it the important composition of modern service industry. Based on statistics, the annual direct economic benefit of global exhibition industry exceeds 300 billion dollar which brings over 3 trillion dollar of total growth to the world economy accounting for about 4% of total GDP of the world.
经过改革开放三十多年的发展，中国会展经济伴随着市场经济的进程取得了前所未有的成绩，但与世界先进水平还有一定的差距。作为国内新兴的、产业关联度极高的高附加值服务业，北京、上海、广州、深圳等特大型城市和大型城市纷纷把会展业作为大力扶持发展的重点产业，兴建现代化的大型展馆，着力培育“会展经济”。会展建筑在所处区域的经济发展和城市建设中扮演越来越重要的角色。
Through the over thirty-year development after reform and opening up, Chinese exhibition economy has obtained unprecedented achievements under the progress of market economy but there is still certain gap with the world advanced level. As the emerging and high value-added service industry with relatively high industry related degree, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other megapolis and big cities take exhibition industry as the key industry to be vigorously supported and developed one after another, construct modern large exhibition halls and put forth effort to cultivate ‘exhibition economy’. The convention and exhibition buildings are playing more and more important role in the economic development of local regions and urban construction.
为总结交流国内外当代会展建筑理论与实践发展取得的最新成果，促进建筑与相关学科的相互融合，推动建筑创作理论和实践的创新发展，清华大学设计学术周召开“会展建筑”为主题的分论坛，邀请会展建筑设计、施工、运营、咨询等机构权威专家来做演讲。
To conclude and communicate the latest achievements in domestic and foreign contemporary exhibition building theory and practice development, promote the mutual integration of building and related disciplines and promote the innovative development of architectural creation theory and practice, Tsinghua University holds the sub-form with the theme of “convention and exhibition buildings” in the design academic week and invites the authoritative experts from architectural design, construction, operation, consulting and other institutions to give lectures.

徐华：清华大学建筑设计研究院电气总工程师，照明与智能化研究中心主任，教授级高工。中国照明学会副理事长，北京照明学会理事长。住建部电气标准化技术委员会委员，中国勘察设计协会建筑电气工程设计分会副理事长。主编《教育建筑电气设计规范》，参编《体育建筑电气设计规范》；《城市夜景照明技术规范》、《绿色照明工程技术规程》、《建筑智能化系统设计技术规程》、《建筑物供配电系统谐波抑制设计规程》，《户外广告设施技术规范》。代表作有：洛阳人力资源综合市场（洛阳会展中心）；洛阳体育中心体育场；增城市少年宫；珠海红酒交易中心（超高层）；深圳地王大厦（超高层）；烟台滨海广场（超高层）；中国卫星通信大厦；贵州省博物馆新馆；山东省博物馆新馆；广东工业大学图书馆。工程设计多次获得国家及省部级奖项。
刘彦生：清华大学建筑设计研究院总工程师，研究员。中国建筑学会建筑结构分会理事，北京土木建筑学会副理事长，中国建筑学会高层建筑人居环境学术委员会副主任委员，中国建筑协会深基础分会理事。学术著作有《土力学及地基基础》、《聚苯模板混凝土楼盖技术规程》、《钢筋套筒灌浆连接应用技术规程》。代表作品有：中国博览会会展综合体、清华大学光华路校区、清华大学百年会堂——新清华学堂、石家庄国际展览中心等。工程设计多次获得国家及省部级奖项。
张维：清华大学建筑设计研究院建筑策划与设计分院院长、国际建筑师协会职业实践委员会委员、中国建筑学会建筑策划与后评估专业委员会理事、全国注册建筑师管理委员会专家、一级注册建筑师、清华大学工学博士。学术著作有《建筑策划与后评估》、《雪域宗山》、《国际建协职业实践推荐政策导则》。主要从事文教博览建筑和超高层建筑策划设计研究工作。主要参与的工程项目有国家会展中心（上海）、石家庄国际展览中心、国家电网电力科技馆、中国第一历史档案馆迁建工程、渭南市文化艺术中心、玉树藏族自治州行政中心、北京CBD清华大学新建光华路校区大楼（231m）、沈阳金廊22-1地块（330m）等。工程设计多次获得国家及省部级奖项。
